À l’occasion des négociations
annuelles obligatoires (NAO), 33 des 53 salariés d’Alem, filiale d’Air Liquide
ont amorcé un débrayage afin d’obtenir une revalorisation salariale. Après un
premier débrayage vendredi, les salariés ont reconduit l’opération entre 11 h
et 15 h ce mercredi alors que les négociations étaient en cours.
« Le groupe a fait 1,6 milliard de bénéfices l’an
dernier et la moitié a été reversée aux actionnaires. Mais ceux qui sont sur le
terrain dans un danger permanent, ce sont nous, et nous voulons être rétribués
en fonction » déclarait l’un des grévistes. Marc Bourgeois, directeur du site,
tenait pour sa part un autre discours : « Alem n’est qu’une filiale d’Air
liquide et nous ne sommes pas dans la même configuration. Notre filiale est
soumise à une forte concurrence et ma préoccupation est de maintenir l’activité
et les emplois. » Une réponse qui fait sourire Thierry Béroud, représentant CGT
: « Notre filiale se porte bien. D’ailleurs nous avons atteint les objectifs
financiers de 2014 dès le mois de juin. Nous avons même reversé de l’argent aux
autres filiales. » Réclamant une hausse de 2 %, des salaires, le syndicaliste
s’est heurté à la direction qui ne proposait que 1,2 %. Cependant en fin de
journée, des propositions ont été faites par le patronat. « Elles sont
insuffisantes mais méritent d’être étudiées a commenté Thierry Béroud. On
attend que tout soit mis par écrit et nous allons en discuter entre nous pour
savoir si nous continuons ou pas le mouvement dans les jours prochains. »

employees of Alem, a subsidiary of Air Liquide began a walkout to get a pay
rise. After a first release Friday, employees have extended the operation
between 11 am and 15 pm Wednesday while negotiations were ongoing.
"The group has 1.6 billion profit last
year and a half has been paid out to shareholders. But those who are on the ground in a permanent danger, it is us, and we
want to be compensated in accordance "said one of the strikers. Marc Bourgeois, Director of the site, it reflected another speech:
"Alem is a subsidiary of Air Liquide and we are not in the same configuration. Our subsidiary is subject to strong competition and my concern is to
maintain the activity and jobs. "A response that makes them smile Thierry Béroud representing
CGT:" Our subsidiary is doing well. Moreover we have achieved the financial targets in 2014 in the month of
June. We even donated money to other subsidiaries. "Calling for a 2% increase, wages, the union has met with
