CHALONS-EN-CHAMPAGNE (51).

CHALONS-EN-CHAMPAGNE (51). Present Thursday at the headquarters in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône, the employees were able to Chalons MEET http://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png http://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png direction despite several incidents.

We can not really say that the employees of Air Liquide Welding keep a lasting memory of their visit to the head office on Thursday. Parties of Chalons-en-Champagne to 7 am, fifty employees, who are about to lose their jobs in a few weeks, waiting for clear, precise answers.

Once on the scene, they have expressed their discontent by burning some pallets. An initiative not really taste of management. "We herded us outside without access to toilets. Buildings, people looked at us like animals, "denounces Mario Cardoso, union representative.

This situation has increased the temperature and sharpened tensions. "There was damage to the site, including tags and some excesses," says a spokesperson of the company. After several attempts to enter the Châlonnais trying out the back of the building, where waiting for the security service and some of Air Liquide Welding frames.

In the clashes, a Director of HUMAN RESOURCES http://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png http://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png is "thrown to the ground," according to management. "There was no act of violence on our part. Nobody has brutalized, "defends immediately Mario Cardoso, pointing the way" the aggressiveness of some people not wanting to let them in. " Taken to hospital for a check up, HRB emerged shortly after, not suffering from any particular injury.

Despite these incidents, a meeting is held between management and union representatives. At the heart of the claims of the latter, the plant closure compensation did figure sinews of war. No real progress. "Negotiations are continuing," says does one side of the company, which highlights its willingness to discuss "under conditions of dialogue, respect and listening."

"The meeting of the Central Committee is set at Thursday, November 20," reveals Mario Cardoso. An appointment decisive, adding a little late at Chalons Air Liquide.

"A potential buyer of the site WATCH http://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png http://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png very interested at the moment ", is it launches in the executive side.

Finally a reason to hope for Châlonnais that might look to the future a little more calmly.
